However a good story always comes from a great brand strategy that is translated into a sound communications platform. The form of delivering the message is of secondary importance. Why?     Very good article. I think you are absolutely right. Too many marketers represent the opposite thinking – tech drives engagement forgetting about brand fundamentals. That is why we have so many boring and stupid commercials and brands suffer from meaning deficits.
